Do it.

Click the OK button, you dolt.

[Similarly, early testing forced us to change the “Game Genres” selection ring to “Game Types” after users repeatedly read it wrong. At one point a young girl asked why she would ever pick a game based on “gender”! While everyone quizzed knew what a genre was (when they heard it spoken), they had no idea how it was spelled and consequently couldn’t recognize it by sight.]

“Do it” makes me think of Arnold Schwarzenegger at the end of Predator: “Here I am! Do it! Kill me now!”

I wish my computer was as eager.

And here I thought of Ben Stiller’s char in The Ben Stiller Show who would harass celebrities by saying “Nonononono. Do it. Do it.”

Where’s the new stuff? It’s 6:18pm PST, usually the Thursday update is well in place by now.

    Something wrong at Gametap HQ?

J, make sure we hook back up before the Super Bowl next year. I’ll be counting on you to make the two of us RICH.

  7. Penquin Says:

J, probably because it’s Wednesday. Call it a hunch.

  8. M.Nicolai Says:

What time do the updates go online? Is it wishful thinking to hope for midnight? Or does it happen deep into the night like the tooth fairy?

  9. xamount Says:

Yeah, midnight’s not standard ops. Usually breakfast-time-ish, EST. But it’s gone into Thursday evening before. We’ll see.  No suprises in the new releases this week, but the Coming Soon ring’s got an even bigger diameter than last week.  Might have to go with stretchy pants.

Err, sorry folks, I seem to have become confused. I had an allnighter last night, I went to bed when the clock said Wednesday and woke up and assumed it was Thursday.

Though I have slept backwards in time before. That was interesting.

I grew up loving books since I was 3, I’ve read most words before hearing what they sound like… XD I’m a hundred times more likely to mispronounce than misspell…

OK. I gotta say…that’s just sad. I can understand somebody misreading genre. But, it would only be for a second right? Does Gender make sense? NO! So, read it again! This takes somebody not reading genre right, but also not knowing how to spell gender. I know I type things wring all the time, but that what I get for having an ultra-small laptop. But, at least I can read!
