I have to say, What’s New Beelzebub is probably my favorite episode of Season 2, mainly for reasons which are all spoilers.

S2E5 was definitely really good, but it didn’t have me cracking up like seeing Sam and Max at the disco in S2E3. There were also a couple of things that I absolutely couldn’t figure out by myself (there were a couple red herrings in there), making it the hardest episode yet, in my opinion.

I think I had to use the hint system every episode this season. The puzzles got a lot harder than the first season (I think I had to look up one or two total), maybe because of the hint system.
