After never pulling the trigger on XBLA, I’ve been completely sucked into Outpost Kaloki from the other week. Having two machines on my desk has never been more dangerous — I keep thinking I can just let it run over on the other system while I work on this one. And then I find myself spending way too much time trying to generate power to build more lemonade stands to fund my power stations to build more lemonade stands…

This week introduces yet another GameTap Indies game, Outpost Kaloki - a quirky space station tycoon game I can’t wait to have the time try out (remember, we IAs are quite the busy-niks as of late). And I gotta say I’m crazy excited about the upcoming Monday Leaderboard Tournament: Pac-Man! As a game I could not possibly resist as a kid (WAY too many quarters spent at the Zippy Mart after school), look for me to make the top ten this week**!
